Club 190s

Gaining 2 lbs over Christmas is not bad. seems like you said "no" to some of the goodies, or it would have been more!!
What are your weight goals for 2008?

Thats just it i really didnt say no to anything!!! i think it may all hit next week!!!

As for my goals im not sure i am thinking 150-160lbs but i think it depends how i look when i get there clothing size 12UK would be great just walk into any shop and pick clothes not the limited shope i can get a size 16-18 in now

Looks like I am back in the 190s thank god! Lets hope it doesn't bounce back up to the 200's.

Looks like the 190s club is the place to be for the month..next month it will be the 180s

When are you hoping to meet your target and how did you decide what it would be?

My target dates are:

1st Quarter Goal (3/31/08) (170)
2nd Quarter Goal (6/30/08) (150)
3rd Quarter Goal (09/30/08) (140)
Ultimate Goal )12/31/08) (135) or less!!

I decided on 135 because it is in the mid range of what is considered healthy for my height, I'm 5'5 &1/2.

Thanks for the encouragement Rah!!

Today I rearranged my living room furniture so that I place my eliptical machine in front of the tv and left a lot of floor space to work out with some of the excersise dvd's sitting on my shelf, lol.

I'll try it out for a while and see if it motivates me more.
 
I'm still at 193, and I won't complain because at least I have not gained any more weight.

What's happening with the rest of the 190's club members???:waving:

I'm now at 188, but it's too recent to move out of here yet!!

Guess I belong here!

Sad to say, I should be in the 160's club, but have backslid over the past year to get back to my present weight! No excuses, I did it to myself, and I know how to fix it too. Not going back to 250 though, going to get my act together and get with it! I have a home gym in my house for cryin' out loud! LOL So, like I said, I have no excuse for my backslide, just time to take a little responsibility for my actions here. :)
 
I'm in my mid 190s, although today I weighed in at 192. It was due to 12 hours sleep, I think. Still, a great number to see!
 
Hey, I just joined and thought I would resurrect this thread. I've been in the 190s for over a year, but it's better than the 200s I was in before! I hope to be down to the 180s by the end of the month, but can't seem to get snacking under control. Arg!
 
Well, I missed my weigh-in on Sunday because I was sick, sick, sick. I'm just now starting to snap out of it and I'll wait till next Sunday to weigh. I have a BAD feeling I'll be in the 200s because all I've done for the past few days is sit and eat. :(
 
Newbie in the 190s club!

Hi, been lurking for a while and decided to go on a mission to lose some weight within a month for my hols in June. I'm at 195 and if I lose anything it will be a bonus! Hoping to keep motivated!

PS How do I post my tickerfactory onto here-I've copied and pasted but it hasn't worked....

I might not "officially" be in the 190s anymore since I had a backslide. But I tend to not weigh myself right after one - I give it a week or two, so hopefully I'll be back on track by then. If I weigh myself and I'm over 200, I'll get too depressed. I know, such silly little mind games!
