Club 140s

I'm here to report being just one lb closer to being out of the 140's. I've still got 6 before I'm out of this club, but hurray! :Angel_anim:

Duuude one more pound to go, you can do eet!! My first-thing-in-the-morning weight is actually 138 now, so I'm waiting until that could be my evening weight, as well.
 
My horrible awful excuse about going for my run, is about having the proper calorie intake the day b4, it has to be at least 1300, or getting my run in for the day does not happen, and than comes the GUILT.....keeping food in my home is HARD work for me. I have to force myself to actually eat throughout my day.

So far wavering at 142 - 145 lbs as of late.
 
WOOT!! New Wavering Mark 140-144 lbs and I have to up my calorie intake too.So that's a bonus, more food to be eaten!!!
 
I'm baaack. :Angel_anim: Well, since becoming a vegetarian(no eggs or milk either though) I've effortlessly lost 2 lbs, so now I'm motivated again. :D 4 lbs before I'm in the 130's...

I'm happy to be in this group now...147! Woot.....
... Can't wait to get out of it & on to the 130's (where I plan to maintain).

i havent posted on here for almost a year now. i went from 197 to 152 and kept that steady from october till july and recently have managed to get back into it and lose 10lb more :) So strange that i can post in the 140's when i started in the 200's.

I'm hoping to move on from the 140's by next week. This morning I was 139.8 but up above 140 by the evening. Hoping to hit about 137 by this sunday. I've been really good with my food. Not been able to exercise but I'll be going for a walk tomorrow.

My weight is nearly down to below 140. Hope to be out of here by Sunday and not put the weight on again!!!!!!!!!!!!!
