Sixty pounds is a huge amount of weight - and you are right to be proud for losing it. My 2.5 pound wrist weights are heavy enough for me - and I am not keen on trying to lift anything heavier. I have decided that we must have all been really strong before to be doing all that weight lifting 24/7/365. I wouldnt want to carry a bag of potatoes around with me all the time - never mind what we have lost!

maisie_girl - welcome to the forum
Ttmazyck - welcome to the 140s club. Many of us would like to leave as quickly as possible - but my weight loss is not as swift as it once was so I cannot predict how long I will be here.
