Okay. So, I guess I'll be doing a diary here. It's a lot easier to post a diary to people who have the same common goal, as opposed to Livejournal where no one really cares. =P

I've been struggling all summer to lose weight, and now I'm finally putting myself to the test. I really want to lose weight now more than ever. I want to get it off my body for good. I want to look good and feel good about myself, and want other people to notice, as well.

All I ate today was a bowl of Cinnamon Life cereal with 2% milk, gnuccis in tomato sauce with an unbuttered slice of bread. I did some simple work outs not too long ago and now I'm ready for bed.

The first thing on my list of things to get right is getting to sleep at a more reasonable time. During the summer I have a habit of staying up for days or just sleeping whenever I feel tired. Right now it's 03:22 in the morning.. Not good. D: I feel that if I get my body's clock right, it will be a lot easier trying to lose weight.

I guess that's all I really have to say for right now. I'm going to try to update everyday, so that I (and everyone else) can see how I am doing and give me tips and pointers to living a healthier lifestyle.
