Clean and Jerk & Snatch - when in routine?

Hey all.

I've recently switched to a push/pull routine to make a change from my upper/lower routine.

Ive been reading about clean and jerk and snatch lifts and just would like to know when best to incorporate them into a push/pull?

Also, is working my legs across two workouts (day 1 - squats, lunge, calf raise; day 2 - deads, good mornings, step ups) ok? or should i switch it back to a full leg day.
