civilzues weight loss journey

25 year old male, weight 248, my goal weight, 170-175
I have to find a "diet" to start me off, then I need to realize how to integrate it into my life and make it the norm for me, not a "diet" that I can come on and off when ever I feel like it...
I start at the gym on Monday, so I will weight in on Monday mornings.
if anyone has any food idea's that would be awesome!

If you post what you eat and what exercise your doing it will help other members come up with more ideas to help.

Oh and I love Mexican too! It's my biggest weakness..lol!
 
I weighed in this morning and lost 3 pounds. I am going back on an "at home version" of weight watchers. Doing everything they do, just not going to meetings/paying. it helps that I am working out a lot. body hurts but it will get a lot better.

well off to run errands and go running for 45-60 minute!
 
lost another pound! 175 here is come!
anyone have any, ANY, turkey/spinach lasagna recipes?:hurray:
please let me know.
