Circuit training program

Hey all. I'm thinking of starting this circuit training program as part of my M/W/F gym days (full-body). I believe it is mostly compound exercises (since I'm relatively new to the compound lifting scenario). Here it is:

2 sets, 10-12 reps, 30 sec. between sets:
Squat, bench press, pulldown, military press, upright row, triceps pushdown, leg extension, biceps curl, leg curl.

2 min. rest after circuit is completed; complete whole circuit twice.

What do you guys think?

Re-read what we already said in your other post, "so here it is," about full body workouts.

There is too much isolation in this right now, the curls, pushdowns, leg extensions and leg curls.

It's not so good for your shoulders to have direct shoulder work every workout, like a military press. I would take out the upright rows, again for the sake of your shoulders. Put in some bent over rows or seated rows. I think you need more variation rather than doing the exact same exercises at the exact same sets and reps for every workout.
