Ciarzy's Progress

Hi all,

Just wanted to drop in with some progress pics. The 'before pics' are about 4ish months ago, I was 5' 10 and just shy of 154lbs before a half marathon I was scheduled to run. Since that I've started to bulk, about 150-200 cals surplus per day and generally getting 1g of protein per lb........generally!

I've been trying all different type of w/o's. Push/pull split, FBW and body part splits but I've just started WSFSB III so I think thats what I'm going to stick with for at least 2 months.

I'm currently at 164lbs....still 5'10:)

Current goals are:
Deadlift 2x body weight
Bench body weight
Box Jump 7 step aerobic 'steps'
Look somewhat like Tony Macs avatar by next April. I'm hpoefully gonne bulk til Nov/Dec and then cut til April when I'm heading to Oz for a year....


Just a few things I was wondering about and hoping people could help on. If you check out my arm...I have forearm muscle until the start of my elbow and no growth around that area at all......anything I can do that that?

If you check about my hip bones you cant see much growth around the core....will this just come with squatting and deads?
Any thoughts/feedback?
