chubby / fat cheeks

hey, im a 21 year old and i have a few questions. all of a sudden recently i have noticed, along with others that my face has gotten fatter....it looks like my cheek area or whatever has fattened up and got chubby looking so now my face looks fat. like about 4 years ago i had actual shape to my face and maybe thats because i kept my body in shape. im naturally skinny body and i can eat tons of food without gaining anything. i was wondering how i can trim my face and i guess tighten it especially in the cheek region. do i need to run to fix this problem or do i need to work out something in perticular? i just dont know what to do in order to loose my chubby cheek area and the fat under my chin. any help would be so greatful because ive been trying to figure out how to solve this problem for so long now!

same here Jeff!! I asked a similar question here, but got no response. There are facial exercises to do and I think they do help a bit. Smile s wide as you can with your lips pressed together and hold for about 5 or 10 seconds.

Also, do a lot of cardio and eat light meals. I look ALOT better with a toned face and my problem is my face appears bloated around my cheeks, around my nose, and my around my eyes and eyebrows. Do cardio like I said and eat lightly and it'll come off in no time.
 
1. Diet
2. Exercise routines (cardio and weight)
3. 8+ hours sleep
4. 8 glasses of water at least

the first 2 are obvious but the last 2 not so. decent sleep will make your face less puffy and so will the proper amount of water
