I am registered at a low carb site, but i wanted to chat with more people and start my own diary.
I am taking a year (or more) off from my career of teaching. I am presently working as a house keeper 3 days a week for a fancy schmancy resort.
Stats:
138 pounds
Goal:
120 pounds
Exercise:
running for 5 kilometers (about 3 miles).
Food:
I am drinking 8 glasses of water
B...2 eggs
L...6 oz chicken
D...water packed salmon
2 between meal snacks...coffee with sugar free sweeteners and half & half
