Chillen and Oldspice's convo. Moved

Have to disagree with tic, Oldspice- your routine looks good. A circuit is when you alternate sets of two or more exercises back to back (i.e., a set of bench presses followed immediately by a set of rows, a minute rest, then repeat). What you listed is not a circuit and you should have no trouble managing it. Even if you did circuit training, you could manage it.

I agree with you too, believe it or not. Everyone have a training routine. If you LOVE it and it will bring you into the gym; do it. Even professional bodybuilding use different workout style. Jay Cutler works out heavy and slowly vs Dexter Jackson workouts at an insane intesive quick pace.

Yeah, I guess when it comes to routines, it's really a question of which is best or most efficient for what the person is doing, and that another routine, while maybe not as good, isn't necessarily bad.

Well, if the routine I'm doing isn't that great, what's better? I like the idea of working out 3 days a week. I just feel like i get better rest. This way, i can choose to do abs, or cardio on a separate day...

Does anyone have a good suggestion for a good 3 day routine?
