i usually fry my chicken but its just so much oil and oil is 150 calories for 1 tablesppon not good. I want to to bread crumb chicken but put them in the oven what can a put so it wont stick besides oil???

The Pam cooking sprays are really great, spray on the bottom of the pan and on top of the chicken. It may turn out too dry though if you use bread crumbs in the oven with no oil as the bread crumbs will be dry and not moistened. So you may want to try baking the chicken with other stuff or sauteeing the chicken in a non-stick pan with cooking spray and maybe 1/2 a teaspoon olive oil (50 calories?) with some mushrooms and seasonings or something like that, then add some wine to the pan at the end to create a nice sauce. Or you can bake chicken parmesan without putting bread crumbs or batter on the chicken, just breasts sprayed with cooking spray and then topped with crushed tomatoe and low fat mozzarella. Or try Hickgurl's yummy recipe where she coats boneless chicken dipped in egg whites (she uses mayo but that's fatty) with parmesan cheese mixed w/ seasonings, sprays some Pam, and bakes it.

I bake chicken on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil, and it usually doesn't stick. You could spray it with spray oil or give it a swipe with an oiled paper towel if you like.

hh duhh i forgot i had parcement paper!!! when you mentioned a baking sheet parchement paper doesnt stick at all!..... thanks

Olive Oil Cooking Spray is what I use for everything.
