chest workout

I work my chest out every other day and I was wondering if it would be a good idea to switch up the workout every time I work it out. For example, on Monday I do all bench workout with a barbell, but on Wensday I use all dumbells and do flys and the such and then on friday im back to bench. Should I do this or alternate every 2 weeks or so insted of daily?

Yeah switch it up. You're body will get accommodated to the movements if you don't and after a period of time you'll start to plateau. So keep changing up the movements especially since you're young.

It could be done daily or weekly. Give the daily a try for 2 weeks and give the weekly a try for two weeks and see which one benefitted you most.

chances are that the weekly changes will benefit you more, as it is true that your body will adapt and stop making much progress over time, but if you change to frequently, your not giving your muscles a chance to build what you are actually working on ... my opinion, anyway.

Sounds like your a chest fan? Me too, if you have worked your chest a lot you may find that you will benefit from only working it twice a week, as it is such a large muscle group it needs more time to recover than say, the biceps. from my experience giving your chest a bit more rest actually improves your strength.
I agree that mixing up the order of your workouts is a good idea.

hope this is helpful

Work your chest if building, I assume ur natural not a sted user. Work it ONLY TWICE A WEEK HEAVILY, you can add a light chest toning workout on another day BUT NO MORE PER WEEK!. Otherwise you might as well just sit on ur ass all week cos u wont really improve much.
