Chest Workout

Hello Everyone,

I am a beginner and I would be most grateful if someone could give me some tips about kickass chest workout. Also, what is the average weight to reach before you can see some good pecs? Thank you already!

D-bell flat bench - 5 sets x 8-10 reps
D-bell incline bench - 4 sets x 8-10 reps
D-bell flat bench flys- 4 sets x 8-10 reps
Barbell Close grip flat bench 4 sets x 8-10 reps

You may or may not choose to perform Barbell Close grip flat bench as it is does include tricep work however if you do chest and triceps on the same day, it is a good way to pre-exhaust your tri's to get them ready for the real working sets.

is there really a need to do this twice?-->

D-bell incline bench - 4 sets x 8-10 reps
Barbell Close grip flat bench 4 sets x 8-10 reps


and btw..sumtimes just by switching the order of yur excersises..like instead of flat bench and then incline u do the opposite yu will shock yur mucles and get them more tired
 
personally I'd say


flat bench press wide grip - 10, 10, 8
incline bench press 5, 5, 5, 5
cable flyes - 10, 10, 10, 10

Dont do more than 3 exercises, you may hurt, but its not good pain. When you cant work at high intensity and you have to use less weight, then its time to stop.
