chest workout

Hi I was wondering which would get me better chest results using dumbbells or barbells on a bench?

Id say use a mixture of both, but id say dumbells would be more effective as personally i can squeeze the chest better and more form is required.
 
I agree with BigTom. The best way to attack your chest (as well as the rest fo your body) is to continuously vary the exercises you choose.

For example, I always perform a horizontal pushing movement, but I'll always vary the exercise (Flat, Incline, BB, DB, pushups, Flyes), as well as the rep/set counts, and weight.
