Chest Work

Hey. I wanna know how can I work my chest without using any machine... like exercises at home. Can you explain me all movements with detail? I want to "pull" my chest out.. By the way, what can make me more broad-shouldered, too? Plz help me. Thanx

for beginners definetly the push ups but for more advanced people you should use weights in order to see improvement in the results.
