Chest uneven

Quick question,

My right chest is smaller then my left, so i start doing more butterflies to my right chest. By doing this it makes my right shoulder bigger, its already bigger then my left shoulder. So my question is is there any workout that work on chest alone without involving the shoulder, or should I just forget trying to even it out because it would make another part uneven??

Edit:If you know any shoulder only workout that would help too...

If you do enough chest exercises with proper form (i.e. Bench Presses), your chest should eventually even out. If not, it may be genetic.

Here are some instructions for doing chest exercises with proper form:

Just out of curiousity, if you do dumbbell bench presses, is one side stronger than the other?

Personally, I've never noticed that in anyone nor has anyone ever mentioned that. I've heard of arms being bigger but not pecs. It may be just genetics. Or maybe your eyes are too good, for your own good.:)

Yea, my left side is stronger. When i do heavy bench my left is always the first to go up, I always concrentrate more on my left. I can't help it, I been doing it since i started working out

you need to stop that, when you bench, both hands should go up at the same speed to even it out, if you cant do that, lower the weight so your small pec can catch up

So I just don't have to do extra work on my right side? It will catch up if I just do regular bench??

I have the same thing, and I've also tried dumbbells. I have seen some progress, but it's definitely not even. As per the advice of Ian King, I'm going to try two sets of the weak side for every one set of the strong side.
