Chest too big?

If I feel like my chest is too big what exercises should I stay away from? I usually bench press every other day with light weights and more reps. Should I not be doing that? What are your opinions?
 
Well I don't think its muscle but its like fat I can't get rid of no matter what. I weigh 145 now after weighing 180 before and my chest is too big making my body look weird.
 
well, it sounds like it's time to get into some real weight training then. You've done a great job with the weight loss you've acheived, but that's only half of the equation. That will help balance your body and give you a better idea of your body's composition too.
