Chest Muscles--Darryl

Hi ,

I dont not have a very muscular body but im not fat ,Im 24 years old.I had been doin Push ups and other floor exercises for the past 7 months inorder to reduce the fat on my chest, but ultimately it has increased the bulk on my chest .My problem is that i have a bulky chest which looks odd at times. I want to reduce the bulk on my chest so i would like to know what kinda exercises i need to do, moreover my chest is also not tight its kinda loose and bulky so i hope u get the idea how it looks

Im going to the gym from this week and im doing Bench Press with light weights and 4 to 5 sets each workout days.Do u think i need to do anyother exercises in order to get a flat /lean muacular chest.
Please advise me as how to do the right exercise

I want to lose FAT on my chest as it looks kinda odd
So tellme what exercise are best to reduce the FAT on chest and make it look muscular
At the moment im jus doing the Bench Press with Light weights and more reps.
IM also exercising the other parts of my body as well with a litle heavy weight inorder to match my chest , do u think its gonna work?

There are NO exercises that you can do to specifically lose fat in just your chest. Genetics determine where fat is stored and when it comes off. Abear is right. You will need to focus heavily on nutrition if you want to see results. To lose overall body fat, consume fewer calories than your body needs and keep exercising on a consistant basis.

Also, you are on a bodybuilding routine. Do more strength training and cardio (above all). Give up bench all together, it won't do you any good.

Diet is key.

Johnny u said not to do the bench press , i would like to know y , because my muscles are not tight so how do i go abt tighteneing it and losing the fat on the chest .
I also consume less calories.

Please let me know
