HI! I just registered after looking at the quality of advice on these forums.
I have a slight problem i was hoping someone could help me with. Lately i have developed some chest fat that is slightly complicating my social life. I quit working out about a year ago and I can barely lift any weight whatsoever. But i am confused as to whether lifting weights or loosing fat will help me get my chest looking normal again. I dont want a gorilla chest just something chiseled. I can bench about 120 and i weigh about 165 and i am around 6 feet. I did school cross country and played some sports regionally like hockey and tennis and i can do 5 miles a day easily. I just need a program that will take me to my goal which is to loose the fat on my chest. Any help I'll appriciate,
