Chest Excersise?

The picture below represents a pretty accurate visual idea of how my body looks like. I would like to get more muscles on the circled area… is there specific exercises I can do to get them??

Not sure what they are… I did a search, and gotten this the picture below.

At my gym, there is a machine where the weights are free, but there are clips, so when you get tired you can clip them to the machine as opposed to having them fall on you.
I am not sure what they are called though; I hope you got what I am taking about.

Btw: do the bar have to be above your neck like the picture shows, its always center/bottom of my chest when I do them.

Unfortunately I do not have a trainer; so I just work on some muscle groups neglecting others. That’s why I now face a problem of disproportional parts.
 
I sounds like you are describing a smith machine. It is not a good long term way to build muscle without causing injury as the weights go up, due to being forced into a plane of motion that is not good for your structure. Use free weights (barbells and dumbells) if at all possible. These also activate more supporting muscles to help keep your development more even.

read this, and try to follow it.

it hits all the major muscles, so you won't develop weak points. weak points lead to injuries.
