Long story short is I lost a bunch of weight about 2 years ago and then have added it all back and then some.


This is my second attempt at a diary for personal accountability.

Currently predominantly eating plant based whole foods...but allowing myself white meat 3 times a week (with the occassional slip ups here and there but keep getting back to the right track)


Starting weight, 26th march 2012: 163 kgs (359pounds)

Current weight: 9th may 2012: 157.1 kgs (346pounds)



LAST WEEK AND THIS WEEK SUMMARY


Workouts:

Wed: 2nd may 2012 - 1 hour walking on treadmill ****JOINED THE GYM TODAY***

Thu: 3rd may 2012 - 1 hour walking on treadmill, varied incline

Sat: 5th may 2012 - 1 hour walking on treadmill, varied incline

Wed: 9th may 2012 - 30mins walking on treadmill (varied incline), 30mins approx swimming breastroke laps in the pool
 
Starting weight, 26th march 2012: 163 kgs (359pounds)

Current weight: 7th june 2012: 154 kgs (339.5pounds)

Total lost: 9kgs (19.5 pounds)

wed 6th june 2012: 1 hour swimming breastroke

thu 7th june 2012: 50mins on treadmill (walking on incline). and 10mins on exercise arc trainer machine (first time to use, felt very difficult)
 
Athanks free. Yep the hard part is sticking to it, i'm trying my best this time round.


Today:
40 mins treadmill, 40 mins arc trainer
