Seated calf raises

Wed:
off / cardio

Thursday:
Military press
Incline BB press
Chinups
Skull Crushers
Pinwheel curls

Friday:
Deadlifts
BB Lunges
Leg curls
Standing Calf raises

Saturday and Sunday: Rest/cardio

It's a lot better than what you had before, but it's still imbalanced. What the hell is a BB seated press? If it's a machine skip it.

Anyway, on Monday, looking at the compounds...you have 3 pushing exercises and 1 pulling...imbalance #1

I would put the romanian deads before the hack squats so you still have energy for them.

Thursday, looking at the compounds, 2 pushing to 1 pulling...still a little imbalanced

Friday looks good.

Two examples of more balanced upper days could be:

#1 Flat Bench
Seated Rows
Military Press
Pullups/pulldowns or chinups
then your isolations

#2 Bent over rows
Incline Bench
Pullups/chinups/pulldowns
Dips
then isolations


oh, also, work on your spelling, it's routine, not routein ;)
