Well I got rid of the bagels and cream cheese...That was hard for me...It is my all time favorite food...I tried the low fat and no fat kinds...I rather not have it....I cut out the soda...I am making sure I am drinking more water...My energy level is quite low because of the snoring...I don't get good sleep...

I am looking at my exercise options...

The good thing about me is that I am just beginning and I have so much to work with...So much that I can improve...take away and add...

I weighed myself on Friday and was surprised to see 253 a week before I had been 255...that was a nice little surprise...I am not going to weigh myself for a week not till Friday...

I must get serious...

well done for seeing the options avaliable to you .. cutting out the soda is such a good thing ! A can of regular soda has 160 calories. If you are drinking even just one can per day, switching to water or diet soda for 6 months can eliminate 28,800 calories from your diet. That equals 8 pounds.
so thats a great place to start.
what are your plans for the weight loss? i can see you are doing well already
 
not really - yogurt is a little tangier - and has the good bacteria in it- cottage cheese is a little blander but creamy and has curds in it- (little chunks) it's also called farmer's cheese -- cottage cheese is more like ricotta than anything else
 
Well I haven't been doing to great...my husband and I got hit with some life changing news....Where he works is laying off...so it is either take a transfer or find another job...My mind has been so busy thinking about what we should do that I have lost my focus...we have to make up our minds by March 4th....I will try not to go crazy...I will not dive for the dove...I will not over eat....thank you for listening....
 
You can stick with it. At least you can have control of your diet until you've got more control of your life. It will all work out. Whats the point of eating bad, I've learned that there is always an excuse if you want to make one. You can do it.
 
We are moving...So I can't post as much because of all the work that has to get done in a short amount of time...but that does not mean I will not forget about myself I will make sure I have quick healthy foods for me to grab...If anything I should lose weight with the amount of stuff that has to get done...no sitting on the couch for me:) I will check in when I can and once I am settled I will fill you all in on how things went....I know I am new but i must say by the little time that I have been here I know you all UNDERSTAND....I want a shout out to Maleficent...Thank you
