Hey everyone!
I just wanna start off by saying: This forum is amazing...its great to know there are so many people out there willing to support others and share their motivation and methods!
My name is Sara, I am 130 pounds, 5"7. I want to lose about 10 pounds and really tone my body. The most important thing for me right now is eating healthy on a low budget and commiting to an exercise routine.
For me its about changing myself inside and out. Becoming a better perosn all around. LEarning self discipline, patience and having an outlet for stress. I want to be a healthy individual in every possible way. The stories I've read on ehre have removed all doubt from my mind: It's possible.
Today I started the C25k program: Week1, Day1..completed! I'm not fat at all, I'm simply unhealthy so I want to change that. (I also want to have a runner's body!) Today while starting the program I actually had to push myself, I'm that unfit.
I feel really good about accomplishing that, even though its such a little accomplishment, and I feel REALLY motivated but I can't ignore that little voice telling me it won't last, because it never does last...even though I want this so bad I dream about it!!!
I want motivation techniques..if I'm motivated I know I will see this through. Creative ideas that have worked for you guys to keep my eye on the prize: A healthy and happier me.
