Change workout times.

Is it ok to workout at different times day to day. Like today if i worked out at 1:00pm and tommarow i did my workout at 6:00am. Would this have any adverse effects on my ability to build muscle. Sometimes I have to do this due to my schedule as a busy college student.
 
Should be fine, you wouldn't be working out the same muscle groups the next day anyway. and 36 hours would be plenty, you don't need a full two days between muscle groups.

But you can't skimp on the sleep.
