i'd really like to change my diet, but that's unlikely. i want to exercise.
-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal?
my mom gives me advice sometimes, and my friends are supportive.
-- How realistic is your goal?
i know it seems uhealthy, because i'm 81 pounds right now, but i have a very small waist, chicken legs, and i'm really short. also, i'm really young. i think it's realistic; 2 months seems like plenty of time in my eyes.

so, this is my story.
it all started when i was a baby. i was born very picky, and i kept drinking forumla until i was 3 years old. then my iron levels went too low, so i got anemia. after that, i started eating a lot of food, but my mom would give me stuff like mcdonalds. i REALLY liked it. i continued to eat mcdonalds every day until i was 10 years old. oh, i forgot to mention, since i stop drinking forumla, all my life i've only drunk water. strictly. i might've had some juice here and there, and once i had soda by accident, but i prefer water to all other beverages. now my appetite is very small; i don't eat much anymore. but i have anemia again, so my mom gets mad that i don't like to eat. it's not that i'm anorexic, i just don't get hungry a lot. i get a lot of cravings for chips, chocolate, etc., and i can't help it.
well, that's basically it. the reason i want to lose weight is i weigh a lot more than other girls that are the same height, my thighs, rear and stomach are bigger than most girls', and yeah. i don't care about what the others think, i want to lost weight for myself.
tonight i lost 2 pounds by doing cardio for 30 minutes. i had planned to do 75 minutes, but i just can't handle it, as i'm a little sick at the moment.
i've tried changing my diet, but i just can't help it. i still eat fast food a lot. i need major help with that. any suggestions?
