I slacked. What can I say? I registered & left. Weight change=0.
I am still at the 157lbs (24.6BMI) I started at (actually weighed in at 156.4 last week).
I would like to get back to around 140lbs (21.9BMI) by my 31st Birthday 12/3
Restart is next week. Lose 1 lb next week etc.

I need to avoid our basement kegerator :eek:

As far as the support. I need my BF to handle a little more around the house afterwork, so I can go to the gym. I also need support to keep me on track!
I'm not sure if I'll manage to post daily, but I am going to work on at least 3x/week.

I didn't go to the gym yesterday. Instead I worked from home & went to the Dr. for a sinus infection & sore throat. I think the dogs are getting more exercise than me! Skipped breakfast yesterday. Ate some potato salad & a 6inch sub for lunch. For dinner I had left over quiche & some hashbrowns (quiche w/peppers, mushrooms & ham, mix of eggs & egg white)
Oh & 2 beers.
I need to drink more water. The guys went to the Nascar race in Pocono and I've forgotten how to cook for 1 person.
 
Not doing too badly. Set myself up at 1,450 calories per day. Big error for today.....ate a grocery store muffin :eek2: Damn, those things have more calories than I thought. Tonight I'm having veggies & chili w/chicken & black beans YUM! Got out of work late last night & didn't make it to the gym, but I did take the dogs for a walk.
I think walking in sauna conditions counts for bonus points.
Had 1 beer.
No beer tonight though, I sacrificed it for a muffin.
