I slacked. What can I say? I registered & left. Weight change=0.
I am still at the 157lbs (24.6BMI) I started at (actually weighed in at 156.4 last week).
I would like to get back to around 140lbs (21.9BMI) by my 31st Birthday 12/3
Restart is next week. Lose 1 lb next week etc.
I need to avoid our basement kegerator
As far as the support. I need my BF to handle a little more around the house afterwork, so I can go to the gym. I also need support to keep me on track!
I'm not sure if I'll manage to post daily, but I am going to work on at least 3x/week.

Damn, those things have more calories than I thought. Tonight I'm having veggies & chili w/chicken & black beans YUM! Got out of work late last night & didn't make it to the gym, but I did take the dogs for a walk.
