well today is officially the first week that i've completed trying to get back on track with my weight loss goals. This is my first diary entry though since I just joined the forum. Well I am pretty excited because this week i managed to loose 3 lbs by eating healthy portions and increasing my water intake
. Im just a little nervous about the weekend because honestly thats when I tend to fall off the wagon most often since i dont keep myself busy all I want to do is lay around and eat. Plus its so hot here in CA who doesnt enjoy some ice cream?! I am just a little frustruated with myself though because i went home had a nice lunch (a turkey sandwich w/45cal wheat bread low fat mayo, veggie cheese and tomato & lettuce) with a diet snapple and I know I was full. Well i get back to work after eating the sandwich and they were having pizza so what did I do? I ate a slicy of pepperonni pizza? Why?!
i was full i dont even like peperonni!
sometimes i get so angry at myself for not thinking before I eat.
