I am a regular exerciser. I usually do circut training with free weights and cardio equipment. What I need to know is how to burn the rest of this fat off my butt & thighs. Which is it? Interval cardio, high intensity or maintaining what the machine considers my target heart rate (which seems extremely slow 122)?
I agree. Just remember one thing: you cannot spot reduce. If you are consistent in exercise and are eating clean, you will eventually lose the fat on your lower body.
