cardio on training days

is it ok for me to do 30mins on the exercise bike on my lifting days? im trying to cut 15lbs of fat aswel as steadily gain mass. i'm planning cardio about for days a week and weight train for 3
 
Sure, you can do HIIT for 10 to 12min after a session or do some light cardio 6+ hours apart from your training.

That's my suggestions of course, which come from different sources.
 
if you do, make sure you do it after liftingh and dont go overboard, stick to the HIIT like newf said
 
I'd do it immediately after the weight training, but try make sure that you stay within 65 to 70% THR for the best fat burn. Also by doing after your cardio after, you will be in a fat burning zone for the entire workout unless you let your THR go above the 70%.
