I have heard that you definately, positively should do one before the other, but everyone seems to have a different opinion on whcih to do first
and no one can give me a really "good" reason for why their way is necessary.
One friends siad that if your body is in fat burning mode (after cardio) your metabolism will not build muscle in weight training but continue to burn fat- this did not make much sense to me. But then, if you do weight training and
your muscles are tight you are more likely to strain something when you run.
(and I have heard about folks getting hungry or tired if they do one or the other first).
What say you and why?
