Hey, for the first week of my training I did 3 days cardio at 20 mins and 3 days mass, on consequent days. I heard not to do weights and cardio on same days, but is it bad? I have a lot of free time and plan to do cardio every day!, so , should I still limit my mass exercise to 3 days (effectively half as much as my cardio), or push it to 6 (full cardio + mass every day). I'd be comfortable with any of them, but just wondering is there anything wrong with doing this?
