I am sure that this question has been asked before, but I was not able to locate it this time around.
I know that if you are watching carbs on a low carb diet, you want to keep it under 20, 30, or something low.
If you are working out with weights 3 days a week and cardio 3 days a week and you have about a 1200 to 1500 calorie intake, what should your carb intake be?
When I eat carbs I tend to bloat and would rather keep them at a minimum. I don't want to use muscle as energy though and I am afraid that will be the case if I don't eat enough carbs.

Ps. Should I avoid all diet sodas? Curious about the types of sugars to use.
