I just got the Flu yesterday and haven't been to school or the Gym the past 2 days. I feel like its getting worse to. Is thier anything I can do other then waiting it out until I get better?
If you are feeling really crummy, the best thing you can do is give yourself plenty of rest. It might be hard if your appetite is down, which mine usually is while sick, but try to keep eating your regular diet. The more nutrition your body has, the better able it will be to fight illness...
I feel ya. I came off of a week off, then got sick. Had to stretch it out to two weeks off. I felt ok so I attempted to exercise, but I got through two exercises and had to quit. Saturday will be two weeks, even though I feel great today, Im waiting.
