Can you have too many supplements?

As I've gotten more into working out and studying nutrition, I've learned alot about supplements. But what is confusing to me is which supplements are helpfull and which are a waste of money?

Here's what I'm currently using:
NOX-CG3 by Xyience for pre-workout (weight days only - 3 times a week)
Myoplex or some other MRP for post workout meal and alternate meal
Fish oils
Protein powder (usually one meal a day)

Other's I'm contemplating
Anti-estrogen
Cortisol Blocker
Fat burners with Ephedra
Testosterone booster
HGH

Do I even need any of this?

do you need it? no

only stuff really worthwhile is a multi-vitamin/mineral, protein powder if needed, fish oil, mrp if needed, etc

I agree with abear....

The only supplements your REALLY NEED are:
Multi/vitamns
Protein
Meal replacement shake
antioxidants
and water.

"Can you have too many supplements?"

I say, you can have too much of anything! even apples!
If your not sure about taking stuff, then you need to read up on it more. I'd never take something I didnt know would deff help me.

Anti-estrogen
Cortisol Blocker
Fat burners with Ephedra
Testosterone booster
HGH

How old are you? if you're not 45, you don't need estrogen blockers or test boosters.
HGH is crap.
Cortisol blockers? a scam. recent research has found that cortisol is NEEDED to cause certain muscle recovery/repair functions to occur in the body.

And fat burners with ephedra...that'll help you burn no more than 100 calories per day above your baseline.

THERE IS NO MAGIC PILL

I go with abear.

I woudlnt take all those stuff, excpet for two protein shakes a day, and amino acids which help me retain my protein rather than break it.
