can you check out my cardio workout?

OK, so i've created a circuit using mostly of a kids plastic sled, 125 pounds, and a chain and it looks like this.

1) set up 40 yard space, run sprints there and back 2 times
2) with no rest, switch the chain around to were i'm running backwards there about back 2 times
3) with no rest, jump up on a wall for 8 reps

The sprints are done with a weighted sled and wall jumps are done with no weight.(although, i guess i could use ankel weights but i'm not sure how effective or safe that would be) Also, i do the circuit about 3 to 4 times and the wall is about..45 inches or so? i'm not sure. I thought this was fun and i was toasted afterwards. plus, i thought it was a good variation to HIIT. mainly, however, i was wondering yalls input on it. good or bad?
