So basically, I`m tryin to get a "ripped" six-packish body.
Right now I`m about 170pounds, I just turned 19, and I guess Im around 5.9-5.11 (Dont have a measuring tape). Body fat is around 14%.
Anyway, I work out 4 times a week at the gym, 1 of them usually being a leg work out. All the others are lifting weights. I also do cardio every now & then.
I do 2 different abs workouts everyday (started this week), and 2 x 25puchups followed by 10 clap pushups (no rests between the 25 & 10).
I take 2 x (2 scoops of 35gram whey protein a day ).Also I eat either a 250cal tuna sandwish or a 170cal Sushi roll thingy.
I also take this 2 x 2 x this one scoop of this and 2 x of this lol.
That`s pretty much all i do/eat. (Once a week I also either take a 370ish calorie smoothie that has 36grams of protein or 24oz orange juice & an apple).
I`m seeing results & everything is great, I just thought that I might be doing something wrong, or maybe I can add a few thing that`ll help out more. So what do think I should add/change?
