Can Someone Who HAS A Six Pack...

Please tell me which ab exercises they do, how many reps of each, and how many times a week. Cheers.
 
before i started going for 200lbs (6 weeks ago) i had a pretty good 6pak, i only worked abs once a week, i did russian twists and weighted crunches.. and that's it. anyways, it's all about what you eat, not really about what exercises you do for them. now i only have a 2pak, those two lonely upper abs :(....
