there's a lot of shoulders exercise and it's hard to choose. I don't have access to cables. Also, what leg exercise should I do in addition to deadlift and squats. I think this is going to be an intense day
For your shoulders try Arnold Presses and a Front & Latteral Raise superset (do 8 reps front, one arm at a time, then 8 latteral straight afterwards, both arms together) then do The Military Press. Those should do you in a bit .
Lunges are great,
If you find that holding dumbells makes ur grip weak or hurts ur back at all then dont hold weights, u'll get worn out and loose good technique. try getting 1,2 or 3 arobic steps ( or anything stable , i.e. a box) and ballence ur flat foot on top of it, then do a single leg lunge with little or no weight.
it makes it much harder, reduces risk of injury and helps build core mucles and ballence.
