Can I split out my workout in a day?

Actually, I can't remember which forum that was, haha. I read way too many forums! But that is good that you love reading about this stuff. I learn something everyday, and I have friends and colleagues who have been in the industry for decades, and they too learn something new all the time. It is a great field to be in!
 
I think I got the lifting going pretty well, love the feeling of accomplishment when I'm done with my workout, just thought I'd say thanks for the advice and stuff, helped a lot, and to throw in a quick picture, like a before picture, once I see noticeable results I'll post in the photo gallery of my before and after.

I'm 6'1, 150 pounds, body fat I'm unsure, used to weigh 230 back when I was 16, and was shorter then too :p




And yes, I love to run around in my house with my socks/boxers/hat, it's fun, as for why im holding my hats, I forgot...Oh well. Thanks again.
