The weight gain happened when I got ill. Ended up being diagnosed with late-stage Lymes disease, which made me almost wheelchair bound.
Here's my basic stats:
Blood Pressure: 122/78
Bicep Strength: 32 pounds
Sit & Reach: 9.3 inches
Skinfolds:
Tricep: 30 mm
Suprailiac: 36 mm
Thigh: 35 mm
Weight: 242
Lean Body Mass: 159.2
Fat Mass: 82.2
Basal Metabolic Rate: 2255
Body Fat: 34.2%
My goal weight is around 180ish. That was my lowest weight during the crew season, so I figured that's a good weight for me.
