Hi!
I'm 21 and have been been wearing trousers and trainers/flat shoes all my life. I like to sometimes sit with my legs turkish/indian style too. Problem is my calves have now an unusual shape. The Gastrocnemius is now shifted too much on the outside and virtually invisible on the inside. As a result, my legs look somewhat distorted, as if a huge gap were between my legs.
Is there any way through exercise to correct the position of my calves at this stage or is it too late? If so, what sort of exercise should I take. Should I start wearing high heeled shoes? Would that help?
Thank you.
