Calisthetics

If I were to include Calisthetics with my Weight training should I do Push Ups on a tricep day and squats on a leg day and what not I already do swiss ball crunchs and that works I was just wondering about the Calissthetics thing. Please comment
 
well calisthenics are good, but can only take you so far. a well rounded weight training regimen will do wonders for you. however if you really enjoy calisthenics then use them as a warm up to lifting (ie: push-ups before bench press...) or include strong compound movements such as dips and pull-ups into your weight routine, its up to you.
