Calf sizes

My right calf is larger than my left calf. I've been doing single leg calf raises to try to even them up ever since I started training. My left calf, despite being smaller, has always been stronger than my right calf.

Despite training both evenly the size difference has remained unchanged and the strength difference seems to be getting worse, my left calf is getting stronger faster than my right calf. Any siggestions on how I can even out the size and strength?

well for strength training you lift low sets and reps at max lifts, you should aim to do many reps at about half-effort weight...that will build mass (strength aswell but not an awesome improvement)

I'd say single leg calf raises with a smith machine.

Go for 10 sets of 3-4 lifts.

the most important thing about working calfs is to remeber they are very explosive muscles. go slowly down and burst up as fast as you can (which wont be too fast with a very heavy weight.

Dont have your block too high. If you cant lift up you could tear your tendons
