hey im 16, female and weigh about 140lbs, i was at the gym yesterday doin Leg Press Calf Raises and i got the "thats too much weight for you" from a trainer ... it really pissed me off.. i know i have correct form because i used to do it with a trainer, i was just wondering if 100lbs is really too much? i didnt feel anything from it this morning and i did 4 sets of 15... grrr its depressing when you finally get onto somthing and get shun down like that
