I have a friend that has a cramping a cramping problem, mainly in his calf muscles. He is 31 years old and plays competitive beach volleyball. The last couple years he's been dealing with this problem every single tournament. He practices 2-3 times a week so we don't think over or under use is the problem (but could be wrong). He stays hydrated, eats bananas, carb loads, etc... and still cramps up. Any other approaches we should try to resolve?
