I stopped drinking caffiene all last week until now and I seriously went from 110 to 120. Each day I had 1000-1500 calories mostly of corn flakes, salad, and occasionally hot chocolate. Also I did at a minimum 1600 pushups each day, and up to 3200 on one day. Anyway, I don't think it was muscle gain as there isn't much protein in my diet, plus I was lethargic from not having caffiene all this time. Any ideas as to how this happened?

Edit took a hot shower and did 1460 pushups and sweat a lot of water out and ate 2 and half cups of corn flakes and a doubleshot espresso with cream and I'm at 115. Still 5 pounds. Anyway, I think I'll go back to caffiene but in moderation compared to before. Still any comments would be great.
