Damn it!
I think I will do it!! I have gone thru such a rollercoaster in the past months!
I had a miscarriage in July which lead me to have depression and gained weight. I was 67 kilos and moved up to 71kg
best weight I have been was 61kg as I am 1,70cm tall
I fell pregnant again and miscarried for the second time. And in the 7 weeks of pregnancy I gained 2 kilos.
This miscarriage is a different kind of miscarriage.. I am dealing with it better! and I have put in mind to lose weight! I have stopped working bec I dont feel motivated to work at this difficult time, I am sure exercising will make things better for me, as I will have better confidence and will feel better to try to have a baby later one (Maybe after 2-3 months)
I did the cabbage soup diet before when I was younger (I am 25 and did it when I was 20) and believe me, I lost 5kg in a week! I felt flat but mom was kindda "stop it!" so I did.
I wana do it again.. maybe for a couple of weeks just to disontixate and lose weight, and then can rely on a standard type of diet much more related to protein bec I am sure carbs make me fat bec I am only eating carbs now and while ago. bread, rice, even fried stuff make me fat, so will stop that.
Do u think its a healthy way to start losing weight? I will start hitting the gym as soon as I heal physically from the msicarriage.
