Well, I couldnt of gotten this far without all of you guys and your motivation. It really helps so much! Keeps me in line
These are my foods for today:
Breakfast:
1 Cup Kashi Blueberry Bran Flakes Cereal
6oz. Low Fat-Low Carb Yogart
Lunch:
Subway Turkey Breast Wrap (190 calories +) with spinich, lettuce, tomatoes, purple onions, black olives and sweet onion sauce. (oh, and provolone cheese)
Snack
Yogart (again!)
